Leeds Branch - Hydraulic Sales Trainee

Hydraulic Equipment Supermarkets are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive Trainee to join their Leeds branch.

Hydraulic Equipment Supermarkets (HES) is part of a wider company called Group HES, with their head office based in Gloucester. There are five divisions in total including HESBranch Hydraulic SystemsHES TractecHES Lubemec and HES Automatec, with 4 regional branches to serve the local markets in Gloucester, Birmingham, Durham, and Leeds. It is the Leeds branch that has an opening. (Durham also has an opening so if you are closer to there please see the Durham Hydraulic Sales Trainee job post.)

Established in 1965, HES have been distributing top branded hydraulic components for over 50 years and have strong strategic partnerships with most top hydraulic brands, including Danfoss and Parker Hannifin.

The successful candidate will be encouraged to undertake an HNC in business management or similar supported by the company, to develop the skills and knowledge needed for personal development as well as to help grow the Leeds branch and the HES brand in general.

The Sales Executive Trainee will be provided with the ongoing training and development required to ensure that they will be equipped to fully support the external sales effort, to speak with existing and prospect customers and drive increased revenue for the division.

Knowledge of hydraulics would be ideal or a strong interest in engineering or practical hobbies would be preferable.
