Bosch Rexroth DBD Pressure Relief Valve

Branch Hydraulic Systems are your official distributors for Bosch Rexroth DBD direct acting pressure relief valves. The Bosch Rexroth DBD pressure relief valve is a direct acting pressure relief valve with a guided poppet.

The DBD range is an extensive range of relief valves in varying sizes from size 6 to size 30 with the largest valves at higher pressures being suitable for flow rates up to 300 lpm. The basic relief valve is a screw in cartridge but they are also available with line bodies or manifold mount/subplate bodies.

There are several adjustment options the most common of which is the 'grub screw with lock nut and protective cap' - i,e, the one you need to tools to adjust (type DBDS), but there are also hand wheel (type DBDH), rotary knob on smaller valves (type DBDH) and lockable versions on large valves (also type DBDS).

The valves are available in multiple pressure ranges from a maximum pressure setting of 25 bar to maximum pressure range of 315, 400 or even 630 bar for size 10 valves.

Delivery charges apply.

If you require International Delivery charges will apply and you will need to contact enquiries@grouphes.com to process your order.

Delivery will be Next Working Day wherever possible if the order is made before 4pm or 2pm for any order of oil. Please allow up to 7 working days for any orders of 205 litre/45 gallons barrels of oil or 1000L IBCs.

Returns policy:

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the product to any division of Group HES within 7 working days from delivery date. After this date, it will be at the discretion of management to decide whether a refund or exchange will be given. A full refund is available if the item is unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. The item must not contain any fluids, including water, oil etc.

An average 20% (percentage may vary), handling charge will be applicable unless the part is faulty or incorrectly described. Any shipping costs will not be refunded.

If you need to return an item, please contact admin@grouphes.com immediately with your order number and reason for return.

Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be applied or alternatives to be resent out. The company reserves the right to assess whether there is any consumer error involved and will take this into account when refunds are granted.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
