Rexroth Oil Control Hot Oil Purge Valve

Hot oil purge valves are used in closed loop hydrostatic transmissions to purge hot oil out of the low pressure side of the transmission loop. Often these valves are included in the pump or motor build so an additional inline valve is not required, but for installations where the pump and motor do not include a purge valve these valves can be used. A hot oil purge valve is better than using the boost pump relief valve to regulate the pressure on the low pressure side of the loop, as allow fresh oil in to the loop and bleeding off excess flow consisting of the hot oil from within the loop, thus reducing oil temperatures in the closed loop.

These hot oil purge valves include a freewheel valve and a back pressure relief valve. The freewheel valve, when opened will allow the motor to be turned. The back pressure relief valve, which often isn't included in other hot oil purge valves is required to set the minimum pressure in the low pressure side of the circuit. This is necessary in many transmission pumps require a minimum back pressure on the boost pump to make them work.

Delivery will be Next Working Day wherever possible if the order is made before 4pm or 2pm for any order of oil. Please allow up to 7 working days for any orders of 205 litre/45 gallons barrels of oil or 1000L IBCs.

Returns policy:

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the product to any division of Group HES within 7 working days from delivery date. After this date, it will be at the discretion of management to decide whether a refund or exchange will be given. A full refund is available if the item is unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. The item must not contain any fluids, including water, oil etc.

An average 20% (percentage may vary), handling charge will be applicable unless the part is faulty or incorrectly described. Any shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be applied or alternatives to be resent out. The company reserves the right to assess whether there is any consumer error involved and will take this into account when refunds are granted.
